December 2012 Election Results

I am pleased to announce the results of the 2012 FMCS election for vice president and members at large of the executive committee:

Vice President: Andrew Shenton

Members at Large: Johann Buis, Tala Jarjour, Bennett Zon

I also wish to announce that the name change amendment has been adopted by the membership. The Forum on Music and Christian Scholarship (FMCS) is now The Society for Christian Scholarship in Music (SCSM). The constitution and bylaws will be revised accordingly, and the website and official documents will be updated in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your participation in this year’s election. Using the online system seemed to work very well, and 67% of the membership voted. If you have any questions about the voting please contact me.
